Resolved Question: Planning A Bus Trip Event For Musicians?

Im thinking of planning a bus trip for musicians to promote themseleves...What steps would i have to take and do anyone have ideas i know i would have to get the bus..should i include lodging in the price? or let everyone go for themselves for lodging .. would it work out? im in baltimore/dc and thinking of taking to trip to atlanta,california,new york or las vegas i know i would have to make the flyers and i think it would be good money and a chance to get promoted or mabye even a RV bus trip would be good but it would be less people only about 10 could fit and what would be good prices for each person anyone have more ideas let me know...
