Resolved Question: Run to the City?

Yo. I'm a 14-year old male, although I could grow a beard in two weeks and look like im 20. I live in a suburb 18.7 miles from the center of Baltimore. I go to school 7 hours a day and typically have 2 hours of homework a day. I see in my future a well-paying job in technology. I'm a musician (guitar, trumpet, tuba, bass guitar, fife, keyboards), but I am at this moment not allowed to use any of them due to two "D"s on my last interm. I am also not allowed to use the computer right now for the same reason. I CANNOT LIVE MY LIFE THIS WAY. There can be nothing worse than living in suburbia. Because there is nothing to do here, I am expected to concentrate more on school, which sickens and bores me. I have none of the materialistic desire required to see purpose in school. All I want is freedom. Isn't that what America is based on? Should I grow a beard and run to Baltimore? Should I try another city? Would I be able to survive? Please. I don't want to lve this way...
